It was not an easy week. I have not felt good about things (ok, the food I have eaten). I have been cheating and I have not been working-out too much. With all the stress of the week, too many people have had the opportunity to tell me I am not great. But I am and they are wrong and they need to get over it!
I am a better person because I am working towards what I want. The steps I am taking will not hurt someone along the way. Instead I inspire, I will be a role model to my kids.
On Sunday my husband would not leave me alone after I put on a new size smaller (but still tight) pair of jeans. I felt pretty darn sexy!

Kristen, I really believe you are making progress. Between what happened at work and having negative people trying to bring you down to their level - and still keeping a positive attitude is fantastic. I notice that your comments about yourself read 'I am', and 'I will be'. Simple words like that are very powerful in changing your entire attitude. And congratulations on the new jeans - things like that always gives me a huge boost in self esteem :) Thank you so much for sharing your progress this week....very inspiring!
Nice post your husband reminds me of my fiancé. He is always excited when I wear tighter jeans or shirts that show a little bit of cleavage.
I hope this week is a better week for you. Change isn't easy the only time it works is if you get back up when you fall.
Those people are wrong....YOU ARE GREAT and AMAZING! Don't give those people the pleasure of making you think otherwise.
Don't you love when men (especially husbands) can't keep thier hands off of you? It's such a great and powerful and sexy feeling.
